Beauty is a gift of God.It should not be taken for granted.Our entire body is a beautiful creation in its self and if neglected regularly, loses its charm and appeal.It is a common observation that people take care of their hands and face but neglect their feet.Though feet deserve a similar treatment as they are a part of our body too. A woman dressed up beautifully with all the needed makeup and accessories may suddenly loose all her charm if the feet are dry or chapped.
Today I am sharing some of very easy tips to keep your feet healthy and glowy.
Starting to care for your feet requires a pedicure.Soak your feet in lukewarm water with few drops of lemon juice ,1 tsp table salt and whatever shampoo is lying in your shower.After dipping in for 10 minutes, rub your feet with an foot filer and remove any dry or chapped area present on your feet.
For moisturizing, get a lotion of your choice , and apply on your feet after exfoliating and then drying your feet with a towel.Remember,moisturizing your feet daily once at night will be doing enough for pampering your feet.
3.Trim your Toenails:
Trimming your toe nails is a must on regular basis.Ignored feet will leave your nails yellow,dried and broken edges .
