- Pea (boil)-1/2cup
- Cauliflower (chopped and boil)-1/2cup
- Carrot (cubes and boil)-1/2cup
- Green phalliyan (boil)-1/2 cup
- Tomato (slices)-2
- Onion (brown)-2 to 3
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Coriander (chopped)-1/2bunch
- Mint (chopped)-1/2bunch
- Green chili (chopped)-4 to 5
- Coriander powder-1tbsp
- Red chili powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
- Cloves-4 to 5
- Cinnamon-1 to 2
- Bay leaves (taiz patta)-1 to 2 leave
- Big Cardamom-1 to 2
- Green cardamom-2 to 3
- Saffron (zafraan)-few
- Kewra Essence-few drops
- Salt-to taste
- Flour ( dough)-400gram
Take a cooking bowl and put ghee, cinnamon, dough, big cardamom, small cardamom, cumin, bay leave and cook for a while.
After that add tomato 1/2 brown onion and cook well.
When tomato gets soft then add ginger/garlic paste.
Take a mixing bowl and put yogurt, red pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,salt and mix it well.
Put yakhni in tomato mixture and also add yogurt mixture.
Now add soaked water after that add stir fry vegetables and covered it and apply dough all over the cooking bowl corners.
When its near to be ready then add green chili, coriander, mint,saffron and leave it for 5 minutes.
Garnish it with golden brown onion and serve it.
